Brief

This digital media network was looking to break ground in Europe and launch their global flagship website focusing on affluent millennials, creating a strong global network for their audience, partners, and advertisers.

With an already extensive understanding of the emerging markets including Mexico, Singapore, and the Middle East, our client was seeking support to bring on board the right talent in order to grow its European audience.

Process

The brand and business goals were to ultimately redefine a luxury media landscape through innovative and impactful content. With this in mind the CEO needed the biggest names across industry in place to deliver this, also creating industry buzz on the lead up to launch.

Plugging in to our global network within fashion and luxury, the storytelling angle was pivotal in the success of this team build along with credible and trusted relationships with key movers and shakers in this space.

Chemistry and vision were key in the success of all placements, along with an entrepreneurial mindset. We worked through each search methodically and all interview processes began by meeting the CEO and a member of the leadership team in order to get a true depiction of life in the business in the absence of being able to research the brand via typical methods.
