The Brief
As the market leader in international, affordable yet luxury hospitality, our client had recently hired a CMO with a big vision and a desire to build an internal studio powered by great creative minds.
We were tasked to curate this team and bring together a collective of future focused individuals who could make interesting things happen within the hospitality and co-working industries.
The Process
Working directly with the CMO and Founder, we were able to get underneath the skin of the business and assess what type of personality would work well within a fast paced and unique culture.
For each role we mapped a very wide range of businesses spanning technology, luxury, beauty and editorial rather than going down a more traditional route.
Each process was unique and involved a thorough project and presentation stage which we managed end-to-end.

With such an intense amount of research it was an incredibly interesting journey and meant that the hires have all come from a diverse background.
