The Brief
An exciting venture created by one of Europe’s largest luxury groups, we were tasked by the CEO to support in the C- Suite and Senior hires for a new e-commerce marketplace, offering artisans the chance to sell their products to a global audience.
The Process
With six integral hires, a tight DNA and little visibility on the end product, we set out to source top tier talent that had proven experience working to scale larger businesses. Additionally, we needed talent that would have agility to work in a start-up environment, ultimately building a first to market product with immediate global scale.
